Property Description

Villa Volpe, also known as HII VOP, is a 6-bedroom villa in Sardinia, located a short walk from Villa Vallefalcone, also known as HII VLL, is a 6-bedroom villa in Umbria, located a 5-minute drive from a market in Fornole, 45 kilometers from Todi, 106 kilometers from Rome, and 124 kilometers from the airport in Rome. Situated only 10 minutes away are restaurants and a “trattorie” in Amelia, an ancient walled village and fortress. Only 15 minutes away is a train station with departures every hour for Rome, which can also be reached within an hour by car.
This villa can be found on a 15-hectare estate, which is completely fenced. The property comprises vineyards, olive groves, and a farm. This recently renovated villa is on 2 levels and features spacious rooms with beautiful views.

The interior is furnished and decorated in an elegant country style. The kitchen is particularly large with a professional oven and has direct access to the outdoor stone barbecue. The ground floor rooms have access to the large, outdoor stone-tiled terrace, which is furnished for dining or lounging with its comfortable armchairs and an enormous umbrella to protect the dining area from the sun. The swimming pool can be found nearby, down a few steps to another level of the garden.

This villa sleeps 10 people. The master bedroom has a study and an ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom on the first floor has twin beds, a bathroom with a tub, and a second sitting room with a fireplace. The other 2 first floor bedrooms are suitable for children and teens, and have shower rooms. The ground floor bedrooms have double beds and French windows, which open to the garden. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room. This villa also comes with a fax machine, Internet access, satellite TV, and a washer. Heating and air-conditioning are available for additional charges.

A security deposit of €900 is required. Clients will need to sign a security deposit form with credit card details in order to cover possible damages or loss at the property and any other extra services payable locally. The form needs to be completed and returned to WIMCO at least 1 week prior to departure in order to guarantee access to the property. The amount will be refunded after the departure if no damages or incidentals occurred. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.

Villa Vallefalcone, or HII VLL, has house cleaning services available during the week.
