Villa Bacco, also known as BRV BACC, is a 9-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located only 80 kilometers from Florence, 150 kilometers from Pisa, and 260 kilometers from Rome.
Once a medieval tower, this restored villa overlooks the Arno river valley and boasts an important art collection in the form of furniture, accessories, and textiles in each room. The extensive use of locally sourced materials such as iron, marble, and travertine creates a sense of simple elegance.
On the ground floor, a glass door leads to a furnished lobby, which opens to a large dining room with a marble table and seating for 10 guests. The adjacent sitting room has a fireplace and plush sofas. On the opposite side of the lobby is a bright breakfast room with a large wooden table and access to the professional kitchen.
On the second floor are 5 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. One bathroom has a spa bathtub. Three detached apartments (with a total of 4 bedrooms) complete the property. Each apartment has an independent entrance, a living area, and kitchen. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while 1 bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
A soft lawn furnished with shades and lounges surrounds the LED-lit swimming pool on the lower level. Located near the pool is an indoor private gym area with bathroom and shower. This non-smoking villa also comes with a barbecue, a pizza oven, iPod docking stations, WiFi, and a continental breakfast served daily from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Villa Bacco, or BRV BACC, has house cleaning services available during the week.
