Property Description

Le Lagore is a lovely farmhouse situated in a beautiful position with glorious views onto the Gulf of Levanto. The area is a beautiful one and adjoins the "Cinque Terre", well known for its wines and 5 small fishing villages (until recently only accessible by boat).

This peaceful farmhouse has been totally restored and furnished in a very attractive way by the owner, and architect, who has put all his efforst in respecting the character of the original farmhouse, yet equipping it with modern facilities. All bedroom have their own ensuite bathrooms.

A particular feature of this house is a large and sunny terrace, leading from the sitting room, furnished for eating outside while enjoying fantastic views over the sea. The sandy beach of Levanto is only 1km way. At the beach there is the possibility of hiring beach cabanas and or a boat.

DISTANES: Nearest village (Levanto) is 1.5kms, Nearst motorway exit is 15kms, La Spezia is 35kms and Genova is 40kms.

A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of €250 for the telephone. Extra maid service is €13 per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change.
