Property Description

White Oak 116 is a newly renovated condo that includes a loft for your next vacation.

This unit has amazing views of the lake from the end! The living area features NEW tile flooring and an updated fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Open concept living spaces include the kitchen and dining area. The living area opens onto the private deck, which offers great views of the lake through the large windows. The main living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the main floor. The loft area is upstairs and overlooks the main living space. This unit is 1 1/2 flights up to the top floor unit (no elevator).

King-size beds are available in the master bedroom as well as the loft area. A queen-size bed is available in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper in the main living room. You can watch your favorite movies on the 40" TV with Blu-ray DVD player in the main living room, or in the bedrooms and loft. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The hallway also houses a 2nd bathroom with a stand up shower. A half-bath is located in the loft. In the separate laundry area, you will find a full-size washer/dryer.
