Hawthorne 1423, a beautiful condo that has been recently renovated, is perfect for your next vacation.

This condo is almost a penthouse. It is a walk-in unit that has elevator access. The entire unit is on one floor with no steps inside. The unit features beautiful wood-style tile flooring and a large private deck that can be accessed from the dining room. The large windows provide a stunning view of the lake from the main living area and dining room. The condo has an open-concept layout and a fully-equipped kitchen. Granite countertops throughout the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as an island, are all included.

The condo has three bedrooms with King-size beds. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room. The TVs in all bedrooms and the living room have DVD players. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a 3' X4' shower, deep soaking tub, double sinks, and custom walk-in closet. The hallway leads to the second bathroom, which has a door leading to the 2nd bedroom. It also includes a walk in shower. The hall laundry has a stackable washer/dryer.
