Property Description

Rockwood Resort is home to Rockwood Retreat. Here you have easy access to the lake! Rockwood Retreat is a rare find. It is a LAKEFRONT condo located only 25 steps from the water. The property comes with its own boat slip. This cozy resort has a large and fully-equipped kitchen, a pantry, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The open floor plan allows everyone to gather in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Additional seating is available in the bar area, and we have provided a high chair and a playpen for your convenience. All bedrooms have king-sized beds, and one bedroom has a set of bunks. One of the king bedrooms has direct access from the back deck. The rental can accommodate up to two small dogs. Additional fees and restrictions apply.

You will find one designated parking space in front of the building. All other vehicles must be parked in the non-marked spots or behind it! This unit has the only additional parking at the back. Rockwood Retreat has designated parking for boat trailers up the hill. This condo comes with a complimentary boat slip! Indian Point Marina is just 1 mile from the boat launch.
