You will find a warm and welcoming modern farmhouse-style home that is brightening your summer vacation. It features soft yellow accents and is brightened with cheerful yellow accents. The large atrium windows let in natural light into the hearth of the home. The interior features include a reclaimed wood-clad fireplace and a large wooden-clad kitchen island. The open-concept floorplan allows for large gatherings and the barn wood accents add warmth and coziness. The 85" TV that is above the fireplace makes it a great place for family movie nights or sports viewing.

Enjoy our amazing kitchen with granite countertops and extra cabinets. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a 6 x 6 ft grand island with marble countertops. The main level has 3 french doors that open onto the screened in deck. This allows for seamless transition from indoor to outdoor spaces. This amazing outdoor entertaining area features a comfortable dining and lounging area with lighting, ceiling fans and a Webber barbecue grill. Are you ready for a BBQ competition?

You will find even more entertainment options downstairs. We also included a refrigerator and a wet bar. You can play friendly foosball and Shuffleboard. You can take a dip on the lower patio, or you can just relax while your family plays yard games like yard dice/Yahtzee, washers, bags and badminton. We also have a variety of interior games for rainy days, such as Jenga, board games, and card games.

Walking on Sunshine is a wonderful development! The State Park Marina is located just one driveway away! You are just 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City and the HWY 76 Strip, where you will find a variety of entertainment options, fantastic restaurants, and fun attractions.
