Great experience! You don’t have much privacy as it’s right on the main drag and there is construction going on next to it but other than that it’s a great place to stay! Great amenities. Clean. Easy walk right to the beach and to a great area of AMI.

It was a beautiful home with a spectacular view!!!! We truly enjoyed our stay - the location was perfect! Peaceful and quiet - Right across the street from Bayfront beach and within convenient walking distance to Bean Point which was by far the most beautiful beach on AMI - in our opinion.
The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb to date - the home was spacious and extremely well stocked with utensils/pots/pans for all of our cooking needs. The swimming pool was clean and there were ample supplies for a fun day at the beach!
We would definitely love to stay here again in the future! We enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

We absolutely loved our accommodations at Bay Happy!! We were 5 women enjoying a ladies weekend and felt right at home. Everything was perfect upon our arrival, and the views were amazing. We were literally steps away from the Bay side beach area and only a 10 min walk to the Gulf side - you could put your beach chairs close to The Sandbar restaurant where we enjoyed a celebratory cocktail. We also used the beautiful pool area every day which had ample seating and a nice covered area. We cooked most days and had plenty of space in the kitchen along with a good selection of kitchen equipment and appliances. We brought pool towels and games, but upon arrival we saw the house provided plenty of pool towels and had a good selection of games. All in all, we had a great time and would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit!!

The property is gorgeous and clean. Anytime we needed something the host was very responsive. The pool alarm took a minute to grasp and we set it off a couple times. Any minor issues and maintenance was out within 30 mins to assist/fix. The washer dryer seemed brand new. Along w all appliances. Easy to use. The couch was comfortable and someone could def sleep on it There is a beach across the street, nice for early morning walks. The sand on this beach contains shells and rocks. Not ideal for little kiddos if with the family, but the pool at house was excellent. There is a shallow pool area in the left end. There is sun and shaded areas. There is beach equipment and a cooler on site. There are a handful of other beaches to go to for day in close proximity! Restaurants are close. Ubers are easy to obtain. There is a trolly that also runs through the island. The only negative we had was no back up toilet paper. I know house is only stocked w starter things, but i recommend grabbing a couple when grocery shopping!
