<p>As soon as you see the exterior of the home, you will be hooked. The exterior amenities, far-reaching view, bright blue pond, green pastures, and neighborhood buildings really give an aura of sophistication and luxury. We leave no stone unturned when it comes to providing our guests with exactly what they want and need for a high-end holiday.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The home itself features a beautiful aesthetic, with palm trees adorning the front of the house and cool architecture that makes it feel like a friend&rsquo;s beach house. You can even chill out in one of the comfortable chairs in the front yard to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee, shining bright red and orange over the communal pond.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As you enter the home, one of the first things that you will notice is the ample communal space. We make our cozy living room area as comfortable and relaxing as possible, providing you with the perfect respite after a long day of traveling or exploring the surrounding area. Chill out on the cozy couch, lie down and read a book, or turn on your favorite show on the TV to catch up on the latest Netflix recommendations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If you want to get some fresh sunshine on your face and feel the breeze in your hair, open the large sliding glass doors and sit outside on the private patio. You can sit under the umbrella and read a book, play a game of cards with your friends, or lie down on one of the lounge chairs to get a tan after a long winter!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Once you feel like it is time for a snack or a quick lunch, walk into the modern kitchen to use the stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space to prepare and make some food for you and your friends. It is easy to whip up a quick lunch, tasty snack, or five-course meal with this functional and large kitchen. Use the white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and open floor space to make food in no time &mdash; even if you are not a fan of being a chef!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Did you make a filling and hearty vegetarian dinner? Well, good for you! You can serve it at the formal dining room table for you and your guests to eat together. The second floor has two large suites, each featuring large beds, immaculate decorations, and cozy furnishings. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed to spread out and relax, whereas the second suite has a comfortable and plush queen-sized bed for getting a full 8 hours of sleep every single night of vacation.&nbsp;<br />

<p>Once you decide to leave this cozy and comfortable condo, we recommend going to Bradenton Beach. This white sand beach with crashing waves, good vibes, and pristine weather is less than 13 miles from your home. We love going here and surfing, swimming, and sitting on the beach during a hot, summer day. Plus, after spending a few hours on the beach, head to the nearby Beach House Waterfront Restaurant to get a bite to eat. This is the best spot right on the coast to get a fresh bite to eat and a cold beer during a warm day. We recommend getting the clams, mussels, seasonal crab, oysters, cocktail claws, and shrimp tower to split with the table!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Another fun thing to do once you leave the condo is to head to <a href="https://anchordownvacationrentals.com/area-guide/">Anna Maria Island</a>. You can walk around the downtown area to get some souvenirs or new clothes, looking around Pink and Navy boutique stores, Two Sides of Nature for souvenirs, or The White Egret for some fashionable clothing. If you are hungry first thing in the morning, grab some breakfast or iced coffee at Ginny and Jane E&rsquo;s Cafe and Gift Store, Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe, or The Waffle Press.&nbsp;</p>
