Montauks Point is a 2,800-square-foot, split-plan 5 bedroom house in Bradenton&#39;s Palma Sola area, built for a large group that wants to be together without being on top of each other. The split plan keeps the master suite apart from the other bedrooms, so couples, kids and grandparents each get a corner of their own.<br />

Your resort starts at the back door. The private pool sits inside a screened lanai with sun loungers, a covered rattan lounge, an outdoor bar and a dining table for the whole crew. Past the pool, the fenced backyard has a turf putting green, a propane fire pit ringed by blue Adirondack chairs for s&#39;mores, cornhole, and a gas grill ready for cookouts.<br />

Inside, the open kitchen, dining and living area fills with light from sliding glass doors that frame the pool. Guest Access<br />
Check yourself in with the smart lock; your code arrives before you do, and check-in is after 4:00 PM. You have the entire home to yourselves: all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, the full kitchen, the screened pool, covered patio, fire pit, putting green and fenced yard. Nothing is shared. Anchor Down&#39;s local team is on call throughout your stay.<br />

Parking<br />
There is free parking on the property, with room for 4 vehicles in total, including the garage. Pull in, unload the bags and head straight through the front door. This is a single-level home, so there are no stairs to haul luggage up, and the beach gear is stored in the garage for easy loading.<br />
<br />
House Rules<br />
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM, for up to 14 guests. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet; the number of pets is limited and aggressive breeds are not allowed. No parties or events without approval and an event fee. Please keep music down after 10 PM. Smoking is outdoors only ($500 cleaning fee if smoke is found indoors). Please clean the grill after each use, leave the games and books at the house. The guestbook has trash days and wifi details.<br />
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85&deg; is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76&deg; during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.<br />

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (&ldquo;Management&rdquo;), plus tax if applicable (the &ldquo;Damage Waiver&rdquo;).<br />
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.</p>
