Located within the highly sought-after Hunters Point community, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and provides a unique combination of waterfront scenery, modern luxury, and family-friendly entertainment. The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. This location does NOT have dock access but the community does have a boat slip available for use.&nbsp;<br />

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
