The first level is what elevates the home, The Garage is NOT Accessible to park or use, but there are 2 spots available in front of the unit for parking. This home is section A of the Duplex putting you directly off Gulf Dr. The exterior has a fenced in side yard to store&nbsp;all your beach equipment and rinse off after a long day at the beach!&nbsp;<br />

When entering the home, you will walk up a set of stairs bringing you to the first living floor of this home. Featuring the living room, kitchen, balcony, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.&nbsp;The living room showcases a large flat screen T.V. and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite shows or a movie late night! The kitchen comes fully equipped for everything needed to make your favorite home cooked meal. The balcony offers lots of seating while enjoying the views of Island Life!&nbsp;<br />

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
