Great proximity to the beach and equipped with beach chairs and towels. Very comfortable beds. Never found a broom so we could sweep sand we brought in until departure day…was in a back corner of the garage. Would have appreciated a pool umbrella or tarp to shield intense sun in late July. All in all we enjoyed our time here.

Incredible location that is VERY close and walkable to probably the nicest beach we’ve ever been to as well as places to eat and shop.The screened in deck is awesome. We ate a lot of meals on it and it’s great for morning coffee. Pool was great and kept warm enough for the kids to enjoy. Ping pong table was a hit, and it was really nice that there were Tommy Bahama chairs, wagon, and wheeled cooler for us to use at the beach. We rented umbrellas cheap from same company we rented a golf cart through. Overall would recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat for spring break. We had 8 people total (4 adults, 4 kids) and were comfortable. No deal-breakers, but could use improvement: WiFi was pretty bad. Not good range across the home or into backyard and even in house it was slower than average, probably need new router(s) and upgraded service. Would also recommend looking at some of the lighting choices, some really bright, cool white bulbs that are just really harsh when inside at night in kitchen, living room and dining room (and kitchen LEDs make a high pitched buzzing when on). Also for the money, just a few more basic kitchen items such as storage containers (none of the Pyrex had lids) or even salt/pepper/aluminum foil, etc would have been nice.

As for the WiFi, this is the first report we’ve received, but it may have been spotty during your stay either way, it’s something we’ll continue to look into.
