A lovely little beach duplex within walking distance to the ocean. Was clean and tidy. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves pretty much the entire stay. It’s surrounded by great restaurants and shops just down the street. Would stay here again.

Roos were all clean, beds comfortable. Enough room for the four of us. One bathroom proved to be no problem. Would prefer a washer/ dryer in the unit but. The ones in the shared laundry were clean and large. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all that helped make it happen. We had one person that had never been to AMI but has now booked a week in July to bring her family.

We stayed for a week in this unit. Arrival and departure was flawless. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed to get our week started! Very close to pool and laundry. 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Would not recommend pulling wagon to the beach as some of the pathways are very sandy and we struggled pulling ours to the beach. Once we got our rhythm down on who was carrying what it worked out great! Close to all the restaurants and shops! The only thing I would recommend is adding a full length mirror, having two teenage daughters it’s a must and overall just something very useful for a rental. Also maybe adding a hose if there’s a water picket on the building. There might have been one but I didn’t look too hard for it, coming back with sandy feet it would have been helpful to rinse off without having to walk to the pool area. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!
