What an amazing property. The description was perfect. The house was so clean and pretty. Everything we needed and more. The screened in porch overlooking the water was amazing in the rain. The dock was an awesome feature. We sat in the chairs and watched fish, birds and dolphins in the morning and evenings. It was amazing!! We found our new yearly vacation house! The communication was great and check in/out was super easy and fast. They provided beach chairs, small cooler and wagon. They thought of everything. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The location was great. Easy to get to anywhere on the island.

We loved the house, the location was fantastic. Close to everything. Very short walk to the beach. We rented bikes to ride to Bridge street etc. We really enjoyed the private dock. We saw a manatee under the dock. Plenty of room for larger groups. Everything you need for cooking and grilling is there. There was some beach equipment available as well. If I could change one thing it would be the scratchy sheets but overall we really loved the property and would definitely stay again.
