While everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. We do wish that we were able to check in earlier considering NO ONE stayed in the place 2 days prior to our check in date. We were told by one person we’d be allowed to then someone else said no we had to wait til 4 considering the place was already available. (I watched the unit next door be cleaned and it only took 3 hours to be ready. Checkout from 10, cleaners get there 10:10 and everything was done around 12:30-1) so you should be allowed to check in earlier given those circumstances. Outside furniture was pretty icky. I recommend brining extra pillows and blankets concerning they only have a set few pillows for the bed and just the blankets to sleep with. The home was very nice and a cute set up.

It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed your stay at Sugar Plum Beach West by Anna Maria Vacations and liked the home’s cozy setup, Chloe. We understand the hope for an early check-in, especially when the home appears unoccupied. While we’re always happy to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, they depend on the property being fully inspected and ready, so they can’t be guaranteed. Our team lets guests know as soon as a home is cleared for early access. We also appreciate your feedback on the outdoor furniture and bedding. The owner has plans to refresh the home over time and will certainly take your recommendations regarding the outdoor space and additional blankets into consideration. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for another island stay!
