My husband and I had wonderful week on AMI. This property has the best views and is in a perfect location. It’s within walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants. Our only complaint is the walls are very thin. We overlooked that because of the other wonderful features it has to offer.

We loved the accessibility of the ocean and the downtown. We don’t need a golf cart. So close to it all

Having the beach and downtown just steps away makes it easy to enjoy the best of island life, Jessica. One of our favorite things about Capri Condo D by Anna Maria Vacations is how walkable everything is. We're glad you were able to leave the golf cart behind and simply stroll to the beach, shops, and local restaurants whenever you wanted. That's what island vacations are all about! Thank you for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway on AMI.

Excellent location and very responsive host. Could not have asked for a better location for a vacation. Usually go to Anna Marie Island every year, but this is the first time I have booked on the actual island, and would not have it any other way now! the only downside is the main road can be quite a bit noisy, but there are no other downsides. Will stay again!!

Sounds like staying right on the island won you over, Erik! We’re thrilled that Capri Condo D by Anna Maria Vacations gave you such a memorable experience, with a location that made it easy to enjoy everything AMI has to offer. Thank you for the kind words about our team and communication. We also appreciate your note about the road noise. Being so close to the beach, Bridge Street, and local attractions is a big part of what makes this location so popular, but we understand that activity can occasionally be noticeable. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back for your next island vacation!

This is the second year we have used this agency for our rental and we couldnt be more pleased. The accomodation was great. It was well stocked. Communication from you was also very good. I want to let you know that one beach chair is broken. We left it on the front porch. Suggestions More comfortable chairs for the deck would be a plus. We were also surprised to have the roof workers on the deck. It would be better to have been notified. Again very minor things!

Beautiful place in a lovely and quiet location. Right on the water so the views were amazing! The place was clean and tidy - and had everything I needed.
The area had tons of places to eat and shop - and a lot was walkable.
