Sea Urchins is uniquely located on a narrow strip between Bald Head Creek and Cape Creek. It borders Bald Head Island’s 10,000+ acre Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary, Middle Island, which is one of the most peaceful and beautiful areas on the island. You can enjoy spectacular panoramic views from both the front and back of your house, which allows you to see the ocean, marsh, sunrise, and sunset. Paradise surrounds your home! This sprawling, 3,000+ square foot retreat is perfect for entertaining. This two-story retreat, measuring 3,000+ sq. The house has two decks that run the length of it. A screened porch with a dining table and an upper deck allow you to take in the stunning views. The upper level has an open floor plan that includes the main living area with comfortable seating and large-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. The large dining table is located between the living and kitchen areas. It offers plenty of seating. One of the master suites is located on the upper floor. It has a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, and access to the deck that overlooks stunning views of the sea and marsh. The bunk room can sleep four people and is ideal for children. It also boasts a private, full-size bathroom. Lower floor features a recreation area, which was recently updated and has a pool table and a wet bar. There is also a second living room with oversized TV. High speed internet access and smart TVs make it possible to watch your favorite Netflix and Prime videos. This floor also includes a queen bedroom with an en suite and a second master bedroom with private deck. There are two laundry rooms. The house is situated on a 1-acre lot, which provides privacy and peace. It is only 0.2 miles walk or a quick golf cart ride to Middle Island's private beach access onto the beautiful East Beach. For your comfort and enjoyment, there are beach chairs, beach towels and two 4-seater golf cars.
