The "American Dream" is located on a large lot in a quiet cul de sac with a beautiful view of the Bald head Island golf course and laguna. This beauty has been completely restored in 2020. It will be available for new rentals in Spring 2021. The home is professionally decorated with tons of upgrades and nice finishes. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower/bath combo. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds plus a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a queen-sized bed at the bottom. The main living area is upstairs with a gourmet/well-stocked kitchen, a half bath, an expansive porch overlooking great water views of Lagoon and 2 master suites. Both master suites have king-sized beds and private bathrooms. The third level is a loft that offers great ocean views. The separate bedroom has 2 queen beds. Three golf carts with four passengers are also provided for your enjoyment. The beach is less than a one minute cart ride from the house!

We cannot guarantee that the ice maker or water dispenser will be operational in the rental.
