We loved our time at Hay Y'all. The house is clean and so welcoming. Loved the welcome bottle of wine and all the details inside. Even the qtip and cotton swab packets left at the sink...extra touches everywhere. Beds were amazing after active days at the beach and pool.

This was my second time at Hay Y'all. First was with the family, this time was with the girls. We love the layout of the house, and the privacy of the porches off the bedrooms. Everything is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked, and the wine fridge was used frequently with the girls! Loved the spacious, comfy sofa for movie nights. Couldn't ask for more.

We stayed over the week between Christmas and New Year's and what a fun time to be on the island. It takes on a whole new vibe in the winter. The house is very cool: roomy, clean, games, bikes, cool golf carts. We loved the fire table out back and the house decor. Planning to make this our house for all BHI trips.

Great house. Clean and spacious with everything we needed and more for three families, The bottle of wine and card in the foyer were very welcoming as we checked in late and just wanted to relax; nice touch! The kids loved the Halloween festivities and haunted trails at the club and trick or treating was very organized and fun. Making this our new tradition at Hay Y'all.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hay Y'all. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only complaint is they are higher so my mother in law had a hard time getting in the bed. A step stool would be a great addition for this use or for kids to reach the sinks. My smallest niece had a hard time reaching sink to wash hands. But other than that it was wonderful! We loved the layout and space it afforded for all of us.

We've been coming to BHI for 20 years. This home was perfect for our family. Spotless, top appliances in the kitchen, loved the decor, super comfy beds (awesome after running 32 miles in the Badwater CapeFear). The guys appreciated the fancy golf carts with blue tooth speakers and the fire patio was enjoyed post race :) Management was super accommodating as well! Absolutely loved everything!

Looking back at our photos from our recent stay ad Hay Y'all and so wish we were back there. The house was clean and so cute. The kids loved the twin room and the swinging hammock on the second floor screened in porch. We loved the beds, high quality towels and the whole vibe of the house…so cool and private, it just invites you to relax. The house has a lot of character and is well stocked. The management company is so easy to work with and the welcome bottle of wine was such a treat upon arrival.

Loved this house. Such a short ride from the marina, and close to the beach by golf cart or bike. Lots of space for our family and guests. The beds and pillows were amazing. High quality touches everywhere. We all spread out and spent a lot of time on the porches. The golf carts and bluetooth speakers were the biggest hit with the older kids. Booking Hay Y'all again for next year.

n April 2021, my wife and I spent another restful week staying at this well-appointed vacation home on BHI. We love staying at Hay Y'all! It's in a great location, close to the harbor, the BHI Club and the market. The house itself is beautifully-designed and furnished, with many sleeping options, a large open great room for socializing, and three shady porches (two enclosed) to enjoy the wonderful island weather. Two newer golf carts and several bikes make getting around the island easy. Right near the kitchen is a coffee bar, which we made steady use of. The kitchen itself is supplied with everything you'll need to cook stay-at-home meals, and a washer/dryer combo means you don't have to pack heavy for your trip. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in their rental home, and it shows everywhere. This is the only place we want to stay when we return to BHI!

This was our first visit to BHI and all expectations were exceeded. The house was clean, well decorated and full of character. The grill was nice along with the outside chairs. The staff at Bald Head Island Services was excellent to work with as they were very informative, friendly and easy to work with.

Perfect Island Escape

Busy moms converged on Bald Head in February for girl time. Great house with open space to gather. Big L couch to curl up and chat, read or bingewatch chick flicks. Plenty of coffee mugs and wine glasses for all!! 4 private bedrooms with dreamy pillows and beds to retire to. Wonderfully relaxing place whether touring the island in sporty golf carts, walking the plentiful quiet paths or biking to the windy beach. Go back to real life rejuvenated! ♥️

We have been coming to Bald Head Island for 12 years, and have stayed at many houses throughout the island. This house was one of the most comfortable homes that I've stayed in. Wonderful house for our two family beach vacation! Great layout, very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen had everything we needed without being overly fussy. We loved the high end coffee options. The house included two of the nicest carts we have had on Bald Head Island. Great screened in porch.

What a fun place to stay! Bikes, skateboards, games, beach chairs, beach chaise chairs, two new golf carts, fully stocked kitchen with quality items, luxury towels, amazing beds, quick drive to market, club, and beach. Great outdoor sitting spaces to enjoy coffee and wine. We didn't want to leave.

This is our second year spending the week of Christmas at Hay Y'all, and it could not be a better place to stay! The upgrades in the house are beautiful and everything is clean and inviting. I especially love the private screened in porch off the lower master suite. It's my escape place. I HIGHLY recommend this for a perfect family get away!

Great forest location. Clean and updated house. Great towels and stocked kitchen. We had plenty of room for two families and the kids loved the bikes and exploring in the nice weather and the video games for the rainy day that we had.

Such a sweet home. Mature trees and wildlife surrounding the private property. Saw deer, birds, and squirrels all over the property, which was so much fun coming into winter. The children loved the porch swings and the bikes. The golf carts were new and even had bluetooth speakers. The house had everything for our stay, even skateboards and corn hole. Booking our stay for next fall now.

Easy to get to the marina, beach and market. It was also stocked with everything we could need and more! We can't wait to come back!

We just got back from our third trip to BHI, staying at Hay Ya'll each time. Our family of six plus my parents all fit well into this home. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels. There are lots of games for family fun, we enjoyed the addition of a giant chess game and connect four this year. The wash station/shower outside is great to get off sand before coming inside. The two screen porches are great to hang out in, they are very private with a view of a pond. The beach is a quick 5 minute ride in a golf cart, or less than 10 minutes on a bike. Its so nice that the house comes with two golf carts, several bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, some sand toys, etc. The kitchen has everything you need and several ways to make coffee! Hey Ya'll is in such a peaceful spot, it is so quiet at night and surrounded by nature. The beach has never been crowded, no matter which access we go to. We would definitely like to book this home again in the future!

Best house ever! Super clean and stocked...from the coffee to the bottle of wine. Loved the great towels and the pillows were amazing on all beds. The golf carts are brand new and lots of games for the kids for rainy days. Mom and Dad totally enjoyed the porches for wine and coffee and the kids got to be kids with the bikes, skateboards, boogie boards, and big raft on the ocean. Can't wait to come back.

Our family loved our stay in this fun and welcoming home. Lovely setting to enjoy maritime forest from all three wonderful porches. Porches, decks and grounds had lovely outdoor furniture for lots of outside time. Super well equipped kitchen with great coffee bar. Nice layout for extended families or friends. Comfy beds and relaxation areas.2 super carts. Hope to return soon. BHI Rental Services very helpful with last minute booking and all of our needs. Home very clean

We absolutely loved our stay at “hay y’all”. The home is located on a nice quiet street in a great central location. It is in pristine condition and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s plenty of bikes, beach gear and games to keep the whole family entertained. I highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to go back!

A relaxing and memorable weekend on the island thanks to the house at 25 Fort Holmes trail. Conveniently located in between the beach and the harbor, it was a getaway tucked into a serene atmosphere. Waking up with coffee on the front porch or back patio will be the hardest decision you make while staying at this cozy manor. A quick drive in the included go carts with rain protection wisped us away to even more remote parts of the island. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the beach where the loudest noise was the crashing of waves against the surf and sand that retained a non-commercialized environment. Any other beach is an ordinary vacation; Bald Head Island was an extraordinary getaway. Highly recommend for those who are wanting to recharge and enjoy reconnecting with nature, loved ones and yourself.

This house does NOT disappoint! It is exactly what is stated in the listing. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The beds are all so comfortable. The kitchen is completely adequate for a week away. Don't miss an experience in the downstairs master bedroom shower...A.MA.ZING! The beach is only a few minute drive in the golf carts. My kids quickly figured out the bluetooth connection in the carts so we could listen to music on our rides around the island. We will definitely return to this house and we highly recommend that you rent it!

The golf carts were especially nice, and we made good use of the bikes. Owner was very responsive to emails. Only minor issues were with the washing machine (spin cycle didn't work) and front porch screen door (needs some TLC).

Good sized house for our group of 8. Everyone had their own space. The house felt private and was well equipped for our group. The house is well maintained and incredibly clean. Although in the forest, we could hear the ocean at night from the front porch. Saw lots of deer. Very peaceful. Will stay here again.

We had plenty of space to spread out and the house was so clean and comfortable. The kids had plenty to do in the house and loved the bikes and new golf carts. We saw lots of deer in the yard and loved our time on the back porches with coffee.

Thanks for working with me on the surprise weekend celebration! The house worked out great. The layout (with bedrooms downstairs and main living upstairs) seemed to work well for both segments of the rental. We had family there for the 1st half; friends for the 2nd half. The ladies that stayed at Hey Ya'll said the beds, towels, and linens were comfortable. Thanks for coming with a golf cart solution on Sunday and having someone look at it on Monday - nice golf carts too. We used the grill 1 night to cookout - that was a nice touch. The kitchen table made for a great place to eat and play card games in the evening. The kitchen is a little small but was well equipped. Everyone liked the coffee bar too!

I just spent a long weekend at Hay Y'all. There were 12 of us and everyone had space and a place to sleep. The kids enjoyed the skateboards and the bikes and the adults enjoyed the grill and the screen in porches, especially the back swing. Overall a great experience.

We came for a mom's getaway before the school year began and loved every minute at the house and on the island! The house had everything we needed, and was so clean and welcoming. This property met and exceeded our expectations. The golf carts had roll down enclosures which came in handy when it rained. The blue tooth speakers were also a pleasant surprise. The home had lots of board games as well as bikes, corn whole, horse shoes, skate boards, water toys, etc. We loved the screened in porches and spent lots of time there. The inside of the home was well appointed and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Our stay was fantastic and we would book this same property again.

We stayed for 4 days and would have loved to able to stay longer. The house was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kids loved the golf carts; they seemed brand new. We also appreciated the cool shade of the forest to come back to after long afternoons in the sun. The new waterpark at the club was a great surprise.

Our third stay at Hay Y'all and it's beginning to feel like home. The kids are developing memories. Each visit, I am aware of how it does not have a rental feel. It is well cared for, comfortably outfitted and nicely decorated with a few welcoming perks. Shaded areas to enjoy the outdoors, the screened in porch and the front porch are both inviting. We typically stay right on the ocean when heading to the beach and only discovered this place because our first stay was by invitation. After three stays, I continue to discover and am enjoying the benefits of a vacation stay more inland. Everything on the island becomes a destination and the bikes get used a lot especially for exploration and fun. And Bald Head Island is it's own island experience!

“Hay Ya’ll” was the perfect home to getaway and enjoy the island while relaxing in such a beautiful, well-appointed and comfortable home. The kitchen and baths have everything you need and more. The two screened in patios were fabulous for lounging and dining. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and the kids really enjoyed all of the games at the home. The golf carts with bluetooth speakers made cruising to the beach, pool, shopping and dining very enjoyable. We love the location of this home because it is convenient to everything the island has to offer. We could not rave enough about this gorgeous home and can’t wait to go back!!!!

Excellent house and well equipped. We had 6 golfers for the weekend and very much enjoyed the house and island and the golf course. My one complaint was the too soft a mattress in the queen bedroom at the rear of the first floor.

We stayed here last week,and loved it. The house was immaculate and the farm theme was really fun. My husband appreciated the complimentary coffee bar and I was pleasantly surprised by the free bottle of wine. The kids found bikes under the porch and rode all over the island. Overall it was a great experience. It"s a great house for a family vacation. We definitely plan on staying here again.

What a wonderful, charming home! You can tell someone put time and effort in to making this their own place with all the attention to detail! Bright, open and clean with lots of books and games (indoor and outdoor) and everything else you could need to spend the week at the beach! Full kitchen (has everything we needed and then some!) to make meals, laundry downstairs, beds and pillows were comfortable - just like home! Easy to get to beaches and stores and restaurants. Golf carts were great! Will definitely look to stay at Hay Ya'll when we come back!
