Property Description
Relax in a brand-new hot tub, and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets you'll ever witness over the Atlantic. Imagine the sun setting on water in the West. You'll understand why if you look at a map. You can also relax on the deck and watch the ocean-going vessels enter and exit the Cape Fear River as they make their way to Wilmington. You can also see dolphin pods feeding off the rear deck, and you never know how many pelicans will be flying in formation just above the ocean. The house is directly on the water, and you can walk straight from the deck onto the beach. Prepare your beach chairs, canopy and coolers. You can also enjoy the view by relaxing on your front porch. Enjoy two master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The custom kitchen was recently remodeled and features granite countertops, custom tilework, stainless appliances, as well as a free-standing ice maker, in addition to an icemaker built into the refrigerator. The dining table seats eight people, with an additional seven chairs at the kitchen counter. This is also where you can eat casually for breakfast and lunch. If you prefer to stay indoors, the Sharp flat screen television in the living area is equipped with a Blue Ray DVD player. You can also subscribe to Netflix, or other movie and music services to stream as many movies and music as you like. The master bedroom has a flat-screen TV with Blue Ray and all the other bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and DVD players. There is also a Video Tape Player for those who still own video tapes. The house has several video tapes, including old movies, and many documentaries about World War II and aircraft. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an adjoining bath. The second master has access to a deck, a television and an en suite bathroom that was recently updated with beautiful tiles. The third bedroom features a pair double beds, a flat screen TV, and a bath. The kids' room has bunks and two single beds. There are games for both parents and children. This home offers access to both the BHI and Shoals clubs for a separate purchase.
