Property Description

Recently renovated with a redesigned, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and beautiful new flooring. The master suite is spacious and has a king-sized bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed and a breathtaking view of the 9th Fairway. From the attached covered patio, you can see Swan Quarter and the ocean in distance. The third bedroom is the kids' room and contains two bunk beds. The bonus room can be used as an office by day, and a bedroom at night. It has a pullout sofa bed that can also be used as a bed. There is a desk with a work area for those who cannot leave work at home. Outside, you'll find a screened porch, a covered porch and an open deck to sunbathe.
