We stayed in Unit 306, and it quickly became one of our favorite beach stays. The view was amazing, and being just steps from the beach made it so convenient. Having beach chairs and an umbrella already set up for us was a major plus! The pet-friendly unit was perfect for our trip, allowing us to bring our dog, who enjoyed it as much as we did. The beautifully decorated condo was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. We also appreciated the spacious pool area, which had plenty of room and seating for our entire family. Check-in was a breeze, and our hosts were warm, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The gated community felt safe and well-maintained, though the gate keypad being on the passenger side was a little inconvenient if arriving alone.

All in all, a relaxing and memorable stay—we’d happily book this unit again!

I recently stayed at Beach Retreat 306, and it was absolutely fantastic! This spacious and clean unit was the perfect home away from home. The layout is roomy, allowing plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy our time together.

One of the best features is that it’s pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along for the trip. It was wonderful to have a place where we didn’t have to leave our pet behind. The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy for us to enjoy the sun and surf with our dog.

Overall, Beach Retreat 306 exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return!

We love Beach Retreat 306. The condo was beautifully done and well stocked with pots, pans, games, towels, soap, utensils, anything you would need. The resort was exquisite and had a wonderful place for our doggies to walk. Friendly staff and visitors everywhere. My 80 year old parents had an easy time getting around and enjoying the beach, pool and people watching from the comfee seats on the beach view balcony. Weather was perfect and we look toward to coming back in 2025. Thank you to Renee and team with Beach Condon Destin. This is our 6+ year with this crew.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat 306 for many reasons. The 2 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms provided plenty of space for our son and daughter in law to join us for part of the trip. We didn't need the bunk room, but it would be great for grandkids one day! The décor was neutral and calming, perfect for a beach vacation.
We chose this particular unit because it was dog friendly and the large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a high top table for lunch with an amazing view.

Beach Retreat 306 is one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in over the last 30 years. The kitchen was well stocked with a good supply of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheets and cooking utensils. The living room had ample seating that was comfortable and stylish. The large flat smart TV was nice to have for watching the first Georgia game of the season! The dining table was big enough to play board games and for a seafood feast from Blalock's Seafood Market.

The beds were comfortable and the linens were great quality. It was nice to have plenty of towels for a week stay, without having to wash. On that note, it was great to have a full size washer and dryer for running a quick load of swim suits and shorts after a day of fun in the sun. The included beach set up with 2 chairs and umbrella were a fabulous addition and set this property apart. The pool was a nice change of pace from the ocean and we appreciated that even on a holiday weekend the atmosphere was calm and family friendly. Having a private beach entrance was also really nice.

The management was very responsive, pleasant and easy to work with. We had a few very minor issues and they were taken care of quickly and with a great attitude. We would gladly work with them again, and hope to return to Beach Retreat in the future.

My family and I loved the incredible view of the gulf and the relaxing sound of the waves every time we opened the patio doors. There was plenty of room for our group of 6.
