Maravilla unit rental 2406 is a pet friendly upscale gulf front property with a terrific view. Situated on the right hand side of building two it has a unobstructed 4th floor view. Maravilla is situated about midway along Scenic Gulf drive between Pompano Joes and the Crab Trap. While you do have to cross the street from the condo to the beach, the distance is about 30 yards which is less than most beach side properties, cross walks, low speed limit, high visibility make crossing from the condo to the beach easier than first time guest would think.
