Cancel within 60 days → No refund<br />
Cancellations must be in writing by the 60-day deadline<br />
Payments become non-refundable once received<br />
Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000:<br />
Full payment due 90 days prior; non-refundable once paid.<br />
Travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.<br />
Changes to dates or property must be made outside the 60-day cancellation window.<br />
No changes permitted once your stay has begun.<br />
Age Requirement<br />
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.<br />
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone 25 or older for the duration of the stay.<br />
Neighborhood Respect<br />
“You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.”<br />
Violating noise ordinances may result in fines or termination of the rental agreement without refund.<br />
