Payments become non-refundable once received<br />
Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000:<br />

Travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.<br />
Changes to dates or property must be made outside the 60-day cancellation window.<br />

Age Requirement<br />
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.<br />
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone 25 or older for the duration of the stay.<br />
Neighborhood Respect<br />
&ldquo;You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.&rdquo;<br />
Violating noise ordinances may result in fines or termination of the rental agreement without refund.<br />

This home features Silicon Travel, providing enhanced network protection. Its advanced firewall safeguards against malicious activity. Guest devices (webcams, baby monitors, etc.) can be added for temporary access and are automatically removed at departure.
