Designed for relaxation and convenience, the primary suite features a comfortable king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom includes two twin beds—perfect for families or groups. Both bathrooms have modern walk-in showers, providing comfort and ease after a day at the beach.

Enjoy the island breeze from the large private balconies, where you can take in stunning sunrise and sunset views over the Bay and Gulf. The open and spacious layout provides plenty of room for everyone to gather, dine, and unwind.

Just steps from convenient beach access, you can spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the turquoise waters, or strolling along the sugar-white sands of Anna Maria Island. Guests also have access to the heated community pool, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing swim year-round.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a couples' retreat, or a beach getaway with friends, this inviting townhome offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, and coastal charm for an unforgettable island escape.

This unit can sleep a total of six people, but condo living does have some restrictions:
- Cars MUST be parked inside the garage at all times, so please, ONLY TWO MID-SIZE CARS or SUVs! There is only VERY limited guest parking (only two spots for the entire complex), so if someone is visiting you, they shouldn’t depend on being able to park in guest parking. Unless their car will fit in your garage, they should plan to arrive on foot, by bike, or on the trolley.
- Guests are not allowed to have TRAILERS at South Beach Village! The owners of this unit have their own golf cart on the premises, but it is NOT available for guest use.
- You are allowed to have a golf cart as long as it can fit in the garage. Be mindful that a tall or sporty golf cart might not fit in the garage and therefore won't be permitted at the property.
- Only guests registered to stay at South Beach Village may use the community pool. That means no more than six people from your unit may use the pool.
- Guests may have one dog under 20 pounds, but no more. An additional fee will apply. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

If these restrictions won't work for you, there's no way of getting around them...finding a different place will be your best bet, and we'll be happy to help!

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.
