Important South Beach Village Restrictions

Please review the following community guidelines before booking:

No trailers are permitted at South Beach Village.
Golf carts are permitted as long as they fit inside the garage.
Pool access is limited to registered guests staying in the unit. No more than six guests from your unit may use the community pool.
One dog under 35 pounds is permitted, subject to an additional fee and breed restrictions. Please contact our office before your trip to confirm current weight and breed requirements.

If these restrictions won't work for you, there's no way of getting around them...finding a different place will be your best bet, and we'll be happy to help!

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.
