Outdoor space includes a large covered deck with rocking chairs, along with a gas grill and a fire pit with seating. The bathroom includes an oversized curbless shower with a rainfall head, and the home also features motorized blackout shades.

During your stay, you have access to many Eagles Nest community amenities, including Great Camp (BBQ Pavilion, amphitheater for seasonal concerts, Great Lawn, playground, hiking trails, mini-golf, and a 24/7 general store), the North Pavilion (sports court for basketball and pickleball, dog park, walking trail, fire pit, and the Woodland Trail System), and the Camp area (tennis, pickleball, basketball, frisbee golf, archery, and a playground). Some areas are member-only and not available to guests, including the locked portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, and the Wine & Cigar Bar. The loft is not available for guest use, guests must supply their own recreational equipment, and guests may not bring their own ATVs. Construction noise may be heard in the community Monday through Saturday, 7am–7pm. One exterior security camera is located on the front exterior wall and is pointed at the deck and yard.

- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's and will be denied entry at the gate.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
