This mountain home offers an inviting atmosphere with modern conveniences.&nbsp; Three levels of living space with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms overlooking the High Country.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

You will be greeted by a warm and inviting foyer with high ceilings and an open concept living and dining room area that is filled with natural light from the large windows, creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

The living room features a Smart TV and a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings, and the dining area provides ample space for family dinners together.&nbsp;&nbsp;This modern kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a wine cooler, Keurig coffeemaker, Lavazza espresso machine, microwave and dishwasher.&nbsp; The main level features a Queen suite, closet, dresser, and ensuite full bathroom with a vanity sink and shower.&nbsp; The bathroom can be accessed through both the bedroom and the hallway.&nbsp; Drift off to a peaceful night of sleep as each bedroom has 2&quot; memory foam mattress toppers for added comfort.&nbsp;<br />

Upstairs, offers a serene Queen bedroom with sitting chair, standing mirror, and dresser.&nbsp;<br />

Downstairs, you will find the comfortable family room with space to enjoy a movie together on the SmartTV or head around the stairs to the game room to play a few rounds of foosball or a friendly game of Pac-Man.&nbsp; This lower level includes the second Queen suite.&nbsp; This bedroom features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, standing mirror, dresser, closet, and Smart TV.&nbsp; The ensuite full bathroom has a vanity sink and shower/tub.&nbsp; The bathroom can be accessed through both the bedroom and the hallway.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Outside, relax in the hot tub and watch the sun cascade over the expansive sky!&nbsp; The double deck provides a gas grill with propane included, and highlights space for entertaining and outdoor dining with a view. The lower level deck has seating and a gas firepit to enjoy the sunset.<br />

Calling Me Home is conveniently located from Highway 321 past Lenoir toward Blowing Rock and less than 15 mins to downtown Blowing Rock!

-&nbsp;This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.&nbsp;<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per&nbsp;bath, several&nbsp;garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,&nbsp;&nbsp;conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided<br />
- The main roads are&nbsp;plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The road leading to this home is gravel and moderately steep in some places. Low clearance, 2-wheel drive vehicles are not recommended.<br />
- The gravel driveway allows space for up to 3 vehicles.&nbsp;<br />
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST<br />
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.<br />
- The owner of this home uses one exterior security camera to ensure their home remains safe. It is facing the parking area. There are no cameras aimed at doors or windows and none inside.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

Cancellation Policy:&nbsp;<br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
