- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax. <br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice. The driveway is paved with a steep incline to approach the home. There is a large, flat area for parking at the top.<br />
- All linens and towels provided.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- Returning guests of On Mountain Time may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts to the rent.<br />
- This home has one exterior doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway. No cameras view the interior of the home or common gathering areas. <br />

CANCELLATION POLICY: <br />
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
