Comfortable and Spacious Bedrooms:<br />
- Main Level King Ensuite: Enjoy the private main-level primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a custom-tiled shower and double vanity for added luxury.<br />
- Upper Level Bedrooms: Two additional king bedrooms provide plenty of space for comfort, while the bunk room is perfect for kids, offering two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The upper level bedrooms share a bathroom with a custom tiled shower and a double vanity.&nbsp;<br />
All bedrooms come equipped with their own flat-screen TVs for a cozy night in.<br />

The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and a welcoming gas log fireplace &mdash; the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.<br />
A half bath is conveniently located on the main level.<br />

-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.&nbsp;<br />
- This home does not include access to or use of the garage.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp;Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit:&nbsp;Off Road Adventures website.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be&nbsp;an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.<br />
- All linens and towels provided.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.&nbsp;<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- Returning guests of Muscadine Meadow may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.<br />
<br />
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
