The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season. The Grill&#39;s hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.

- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-April and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather for all mountain homes.<br />
-&nbsp;All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,&nbsp;&nbsp;conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp; This home has 2 exterior security cameras, camera 1 is above the garage door monitoring the parking area and camera 2 is a doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway only.&nbsp; No other cameras are present at the property.
