The expansive deck located just off the living room offers stunning views of the rolling mountains off in the distance. The lower level of the home features an additional living area, complete with an air hockey table and a 65&quot; flat screen TV!<br />

The neighborhood offers its own private access to the New River! Head down the hill and float away with river tubes, kayaks or canoes, or bike along the popular Railroad Grade Road.<br />

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.&nbsp;<br />
- The road leading to this home is moderately steep in some places and gravel. While accessing the home in spring, summer, and fall seasons should be a breeze, 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter months. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths.&nbsp;There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.&nbsp;<br />
