Inside, you&#39;ll be greeted by soaring ceilings, a wall of windows, and a bright, open living space. The cozy gas fireplace sets the mood while the fully stocked kitchen invites you to whip up your favorite meal.&nbsp; With 3 bedrooms, including a main-floor suite and two additional bedrooms on the lower level, there&#39;s space to spread out and get comfy. The spacious dual-level deck gives you room to unwind, grill, and soak up the mountain air.<br />

Play a game of shuffleboard in the storage garage, or head outside and play a game of corn hole in the driveway.&nbsp;&nbsp;Next door are sports courts where you can have fun challenging each other to a friendly game of pickleball or 1/2 court basketball.&nbsp;&nbsp;We have sports equipment for the courts that you are welcome to use during your stay!&nbsp;The lower level console is also equipped with board games, cards and puzzles suitable for various ages.<br />

-&nbsp;CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.<br />

- Flat, gravel parking area for up to 4 small/medium vehicles<br />

- The roads leading to this home are gravel and easy to navigate year-round. During the winter months and/or in times of inclement weather (snow or ice) guests are expected to be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be necessary.&nbsp;
