We know vacations are better when the whole family comes along, including your furry friends! We happily welcome
up to two well-behaved dogs. Whether you're exploring the area or relaxing at the house, your pups are welcome to enjoy the getaway with you.
To help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests, please clean up after your pets, keep them off the furniture if possible, and do not leave them unattended unless they are safely crated. For their safety, please have them leashed while outside.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This home is pet friendly for a max of two (2) mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax. Please keep dogs off the furniture and clean up droppings. Pets must be leashed while in the yard or walking through the neighborhood.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- The gas fireplace is ventless. Please keep chimney damper closed.
- Each bedroom ceiling fan has a coordinating labeled remote. Thank you for keeping these in the correct rooms.
- Check in is after 4pm
- Checkout by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all mountain homes. The driveway is flat, but the roads to it are paved, but with a steep uphill climb - it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
- Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
