With easy access to skiing, mountain biking, tennis, ice skating, golf, shopping, and local dining, this home is the perfect basecamp for every season.

Inside, the home offers three levels of living space, giving everyone room to spread out after a day of exploring the High Country.

The main level is designed for gathering, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining area.  Conveniently designed, the laundry room is just past the kitchen.  

Relax on the comfortable seating in the inviting living room, while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or enjoy the warmth and charm of the gas logs on chilly mountain evenings. Step outside to the spacious deck to soak in the mountain views while enjoying outdoor dining or your morning coffee.

Upstairs, two king bedrooms each offer a private balcony, TV, and peaceful space to unwind. A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves this level.

The lower level is perfect for families and groups, with a cozy den featuring oversized seating and a large TV for movie nights. The bunk room includes two twin over full bunk beds, making it a favorite for kids and teens. This level also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. .

Outside, enjoy your own private mountain retreat. Soak in the hot tub after a day on the slopes, gather around the firepit for stories under the stars, or let the kids and dogs play in the fully fenced backyard.

Best of all, Sunrise at Sugar is pet friendly, welcoming up to two dogs, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the mountain getaway too.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly, allowing up to two well trained and mature dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
- AWD/4WD and chains may be needed for all Sugar Mountain homes in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Guests returning to Sunrise at Sugar can enjoy a discount. Reach out for details!
- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows. The camera is mounted by the front door facing outwards and on the side of the home (not the decks/patios).
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 plus taxes per night. This includes two wrapped packs of wood and a firestarter.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
