Cozy three bedroom, 2 bath beachside cottage! Enjoy being steps away from the beach with only one home between you and the Gulf surf. Gibbon has both a large covered and open deck plus great views of the Gulf beach and easy beach access! The master bedroom has a King sized bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has one double bed and two sets of twin bunk beds occupy the third bedroom. A convenient second full bath is located near the second and third bedrooms.
Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, phone, 2 Cable TV's, washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, automatic drip coffee maker / toaster. Open deck and covered deck. Pet friendly.
Bed sizes: 2 Queens, 1 Double, 1 Set twin bunks. Linens not provided.
No smoking. Pet friendly, leash law is strictly enforced. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $75.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $300 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations.
