East Winds is located in the private, gated DeSoto Landing community. This beautiful 3,000 sq ft ceramic tile home has an additional 1,200 sq ft of decks (4 Large Decks - 3 Covered / 1 Open). Two bedrooms with king sized beds and private baths. Foosball table and games in the kid's playroom located off the living area. Enjoy the incredible Gulf beach accessed via the convenient community beach boardwalk, swim in the community Gulf side pool, play tennis at the community court.

Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, phone, free Wi-Fi, 4 flat screen cable TV's, washer/dryer, gas grill. Well equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. No smoking, pet friendly $100/per pet fee; leash law strictly enforced.

Bed sizes: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2 Sofa sleepers. Linens not provided.

Refundable $500 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations. Additional subdivision rules apply. Wi-Fi service on the Island can be spotty and Wi-Fi consistency, connection speed or strength cannot be guaranteed.
