Deja Vu is a beautiful Gulf beachfront home featuring an open floor plan and stunning views of the Gulf Beach. This ceramic tile home is well-designed and equipped. It has a large central room with plenty of seating that allows you to take in the stunning beach view. The southern Gulf beachfront of Deja Vu has two King bedrooms and a private bath. They have stunning views of the sands and surf. The third and fourth bedrooms of Deja Vu are located on the north side of the house, with stunning views of the bay. The third King bedroom has a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is unique in that it includes 2 bunk beds with full-sized tops and bottoms. The fourth full bathroom is adjacent to the bunk room. The large covered Gulf front drop deck is slightly lower than the interior. It was specially designed to allow for a more open and beautiful view of the Gulf. Deja Vu is pet-friendly and offers many great features, including an outdoor dining table and an outshower on the beachfront stairs, a well-equipped kitchen, bay front covered deck and multiple cable TV's. Call today to see Deja Vu. You'll love coming back time and again! Amenities: Telephone, central heat/air conditioning, cable TV, washer/dryer. Linens are available. All dishware, utensils and glassware are provided. Just steps from the beach is a covered deck with an outdoor shower. No smoking. Pet Friendly! Sizes of the beds: 3 King, 2 sets of Full Bunks (full-size top and bottom). Linen provided Pet friendly with $100/per pet charge; strict leash law enforced. All reservations are subject to 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fees and $180.00 cleaning fees. Wi-Fi service can be intermittent on the Island. Wi-Fi consistency, speed, or strength cannot all be guaranteed. For summer season reservations, one-half of the rental amount must be paid 60 days before arrival.
