Guest Bedroom #2: Located on the main level and features a Queen bed and attached bathroom. Sleeps 2
Guest Bedroom #3: Located on the lower level and features a Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
Bathroom #1: Located in the master and features a walk in shower. 
Bathroom #2: Full bath located in Guest Bedroom #1 with a tub/shower combo.
Bathroom #3: Full bath located on the main level with a shower attached to Guest Bedroom #2 and the living room. 
Bathroom #4: Full bath located on the lower level with tub/shower combo.

Kitchen: Country style and fully stocked for all your cooking needs and offers a drip coffee maker, granite countertops and  breakfast bar that seats 4. 
Dining/Living Area: A sunny open concept space with large dining table that seats 6 and comfortable furniture that surrounds the wood-burning stone fireplace. Views of the Bretton Woods ski slopes from every window and access to the back deck for additional outdoor dining. 
Lower Level Area: Enjoy a 2nd living/entertaining area with a TV and Ping Pong table!
Outdoor Area: Back deck accessed from main level living area and access to the flat back yard from lower level.

*****PLEASE NOTE: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grill or any form of open fire is strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Electronic noise monitoring is in use; the devices only monitor noise levels, and are 100% privacy compliant. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-2 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than two vehicles or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No open flame within 10 feet of building including propane and charcoal grills. $250 fee for violation. Electric grills allowed.
-No fire pits. $250 fee for violation.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Pets not allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from unit.
