Property Description

This charming rustic home in Twin Mountain is a great place to escape in the White Mountains. This home is located just off route 3 in Twin Mountain. It has easy access to Bretton Woods (less that 10 minutes away). Franconia, and the rest of northern Presidential Area. This cozy retreat has two living areas, each with TVs and board games. Granite countertops have been added to the kitchen, which opens to the living and dining areas. This allows you to stay together while cooking and also lets you enjoy the Harman wood stove. There are many sitting areas outside, including a gazebo that is attached to the main deck and a gas grill. You can enjoy cool evenings by the firepit and chairs just down the stairs from it. Enjoy your day exploring the White Mountains, and return to your beautiful home!

HOUSE RULES:
-Check in after 4PM, unless otherwise permitted Checkout at 11 am. Unauthorized late checkouts subject $100/hr fee -The reported guest count cannot be exceeded in the unit without approval -No events, parties or large gatherings
-It is not acceptable for people, instruments or tvs to be so loud that they are a nuisance to others. Guests are expected to observe posted speed limits and drive with caution. No smoking in the unit. $250 penalty for violations -No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No trash to be left out at any time. $100 penalty for violating this policy Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets can be subject to a $300 fine and removal from the property.
