The main living space is the heart of the home, with a comfortable set of recliners, a smart Roku TV, and a cozy propane fireplace that keeps you warm in the winter months or on a chilly summer evening. On the same level you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook that seats 5-7 people (2 benches and one stool) plus a high top table for 4, a bathroom with shower, and a queen bedroom. The large windows and deck offer partial winter views of the surrounding hill, while the trees fill in to provide privacy in the summer months.<br />

<em>Occupancy and Pets</em>

<li>Dogs are allowed (5 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.</li>

<li>Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway</li>
<li>Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.</li>
<li>Parking is limited to 4 CARS.</li>
<li>Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner&rsquo;s Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
