WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure

- Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway

- Please observe posted speed limits within the neighborhood and drive carefully, as many residents and children enjoy the community year-round.

- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Trailers and oversized vehicles are prohibited.

- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during the winter months.

Trash and Recycling

- Guests may leave trash and single-stream recycling inside the home upon departure. Your cleaning fee includes post-departure trash removal. Additional pickups can be arranged for a nominal fee during your stay.
