This 3-story townhome sleeps up to 6 guests with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a twin trundle bed. Head outside and enjoy the privacy of your top-floor sun deck, with plenty of seating. Just steps away from all the action of Ybor City and a trolley ride away from Channelside and Sparkman Wharf, experience all that Tampa has to offer!

With modern and chic decor throughout the interior, come experience a truly magnificent vacation rental with all the comforts of home - and then some! Are you coming to work? Take advantage of the downstairs office space, complete with a laptop-friendly workstation.

The spacious living area offers a huge flat-screen Smart TV with Sonos surround sound that you can control from your phone.

Just off the living room, you can utilize the fabulous kitchen area - a chef's dream. The kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee station, an ice maker, a wall-mounted pot filler faucet, and everything else from champagne glasses to pizza cutters!

The Queen and Trundle Twin bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of the home and share a full bathroom, directly next to the laundry room. Head up to the 2nd floor and you will find a lavish Master Bedroom with an amazingly comfy King bed, bedside lighting, full-length mirror, tons of closet space, and a stunning en suite bathroom.

On the top floor lies the stylish lounge area with a flat-screen Smart TV, a wet bar, and a mini fridge - the perfect place to enjoy at-home entertainment with friends or to catch up on some much-needed R & R. Just off the 3rd-floor lounge lies your very own private sundeck, where you can take in amazing views of the downtown Tampa skyline and the surrounding historic neighborhood.

Founded in the 1880s, the Historic Ybor City district is well known for its eclectic collection of culture and countless cigar factories for which the city was named, for Don Vincent Martinez Ybor. Transit

Ybor is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

- Please note this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at the front of the home and the rear of the home.
- Door Locks: The front door facing E. 4th Avenue is locked and unlocked by lifting the handle UP and turning the lock simultaneously.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the interior of the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located by the street in the front of the home.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/night. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot in the rear of the home. There is also street parking in front of the home. You will need to send us your vehicle info upon booking this property for us to register your vehicle for free street parking.
- Private washer/dryer
- We do not allow smoking inside this property. All reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
