This renovated woodland townhome can be found in a quiet part of Bryce Resort near Lake Laura. Enjoy the serenity of the forest from the back deck, or the front patio with fire pit. The parking area is 14 steps away from the townhome. Winter months can be slippery. If necessary, please use the provided shovels, ice melting and hand rails. This home is located in the Bryce Resort Community, about 2.5 miles away from the Resort's main Lodge and ski/bike Lifts. It's also only 1 mile away from the Basye Community Store and Smiley's Ice Cream & Mini-Golf. Please take a close look at the photos. This property is ideal for families and friends. FEATURES & AMENITIES:The living room has two comfortable sofas, two chairs, a fireplace with an electric starter and a smart TV. Watch your favorite TV programs and movies using your preferred streaming provider. The living room and kitchen are adjacent. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware as well as appliances. There is also a Keurig (K-cups are provided) coffee maker, but please bring your own favorite roast or flavor. The laundry machine is in a small space next to the kitchen. The foyer includes a half-bath, a large closet for skiing gear, and stairs up to the upper level. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is large and has a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom features two bunk beds, one twin/twin and one twin/double. The house comfortably sleeps six adults or four adults with four children. The townhome comes with bedding (pillows and bedspreads), fresh linens for the bed, a towel set per maximum occupants of the home, two tabs for dishwashers per bathroom, five trash bags per bathroom, a bath trash bag, a paper towel roll per bathroom, scrubbing pads, sanitizing soaps in travel-size, sanitizing soaps in travel-size, sanitizing towels, and one kitchen dish towel. We encourage guests who have large groups or are staying for several nights or who use a lot of consumables to bring extra supplies, or buy them at the Basye Community Store. WiFi internet service is 150mbps, which is sufficient for working, video-conferencing, web browsing and TV streaming across many devices. **This is a property that allows self-check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent to guests via email seven working days before the arrival date or immediately if they book within seven days. The Check-in instructions include the property address and driving directions, as well as a unique Key Code. OTHER NOTABLES:Pets are NOT permitted. Parking is limited on this property. If you have more than 2 cars, please park them in the Overflow Area just beyond Townhome 18B. Please park your vehicle perpendicularly. No parallel parking. This property does not have an outdoor hot-tub. This property features a wood-burning fireplace and charcoal grill. (Guests may purchase firewood and charcoal from the Basye Community Store nearby). The Bryce Mountain Escapes Pool is located at our check-in desk (2565 Orkney grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is approximately 1.9 miles away from this property. Pictures of our pool are included in the listing for this unit. It is open Monday through Saturday, 9am-5pm between Memorial Day to Labor Day. Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm until 8:00am. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN:Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities and features include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
