This comfortable duplex home is located near the small town of Basye in a quiet area of Bryce Resort.&nbsp; This area of the Resort has no through-traffic and very little light pollution - perfect for quiet walks and stargazing.&nbsp; This unit is 2.5 miles to Bryce Resort&rsquo;s main lodge, golf pro-shop, ski/bike lifts, and restaurant &amp; bar, and 1 mile from the Basye Community Store, Smiley&#39;s Ice Cream &amp; mini-golf, Rhouse restaurant (reservations required), and Freed&#39;s Biscuit Company.<br />

Senedo Duplex #98B is a two bedroom (one bedroom is a loft), two bathroom home that&#39;s directly accessible at the parking lot level.&nbsp; Its has a two-level patio &amp; deck, each accessible from the bedrooms.&nbsp; The outside common areas offer picnic tables and common area for play.<br />

This unit has a traditional kitchen with convenient dining either at the eat-at kitchen bar or a dining table adjacent to the living room and kitchen. A washer/dryer is located in the downstairs hallway closet.&nbsp; The living room features a free-standing wood burning fireplace, rustic furnishings, a TV, and a sweeping vaulted ceiling up to the loft level.&nbsp; The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, walk-out access to the rear patio, and convenient access to the downstairs full bathroom.&nbsp; The large loft bedroom includes a queen bed, a bathroom with a steam sauna, access to the second-level balcony, and a flat screen TV. This home comfortably accommodates four but can sleep as many as six with the living room sleeper sofa.<br />

Please review the listing photos carefully.&nbsp; This home is clean and well maintained, but rustic.&nbsp; While not modern, it&#39;s nevertheless an affordable, comfortable retreat for a wide range of guests.<br />

The kitchen includes basic cookware, tableware, appliances, and a basket-style drip coffee maker (filters provided, but please bring your favorite grind).&nbsp; The condo is also supplied with bedding (pillows, bedspreads, blankets), fresh bed linens, one towel set per max occupants, one travel-size bar soap per max occupants, two rolls toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tabs, three kitchen trash bags, one bath trash bag, one paper towel roll, one kitchen dish towel, one travel-size dish soap, one scrubby pad, and two laundry pods.&nbsp; We encourage guests with larger groups, or who are staying several nights, or who are heavy users of consumable supplies to bring extra supplies or purchase them at the local Basye Community Store.&nbsp;<br />

Firewood is provided from late fall through early spring stacked behind the maintenance shed between buildings 100A/B and 101A/B.<br />

The TVs include basic cable, and high-speed 50mbps WiFi internet is sufficient for working, streaming, and limited gaming.&nbsp; There&rsquo;s a DVD player for movie night and a wide selection of DVDs (free to borrow during your stay) at our Reception Office.<br />

This is a Self-Check-In unit.&nbsp; You&#39;ll receive check-in instructions seven days prior to arrival (or immediately if booking within seven days) that include the property&#39;s address, driving directions, a unique Key Code, and other important information.<br />

Guests have unlimited access to the Bryce Mountain Escapes pool at our check-in office (2565 Orkney Grade). &nbsp;See pictures of our pool in the unit listing.&nbsp; It&rsquo;s open 9am-5pm, Monday through Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.<br />

Quiet hours after 10:00 pm are strongly enforced by the local security and police.<br />
