Welcome to Ohana Magic, where the vacation experience begins the moment you walk through the door. This incredible 9-bedroom, 6-bathroom Windsor Island Resort home was designed to make the home itself one of the most memorable parts of your Central Florida getaway, combining immersive themed bedrooms, a private theater with bunk beds, arcade and pinball entertainment, and your own private screened pool and spa.

Sleeping up to 22 guests and offering approximately 4,036 square feet, Ohana Magic provides an exceptional setting for large families and multiple families traveling together. Located approximately 20–25 minutes from Walt Disney World, 35 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you'll be conveniently located for unforgettable theme park adventures while having an entertainment-filled vacation home waiting when you return.

The themed rooms are among the biggest highlights of Ohana Magic. Instead of simply providing younger guests with somewhere to sleep, these creative spaces turn bedtime into another part of the vacation experience and keep the Disney and adventure magic going long after everyone leaves the parks.

Downstairs, adults can join in the fun in the Mickey & Minnie-themed king suite, which combines classic Disney character theming with the comfort and privacy of an ensuite bathroom. A second downstairs king bedroom continues the Disney experience with its own Mickey theme, providing another convenient first-floor sleeping option.

Upstairs, step into the Hundred Acre Wood in the Winnie the Pooh-themed king suite. This playful retreat combines a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and a theme inspired by one of Disney's most beloved stories.

The Minnie & Mickey camping bedroom creates an entirely different adventure with a queen Montessori-style bed and a playful outdoor-inspired theme. It's a creative retreat for younger guests who want Mickey and Minnie to be part of their vacation from morning until bedtime.

Finding Nemo fans can dive under the sea in the queen bedroom inspired by Nemo and friends, while young explorers can enter the world of dinosaurs in the Jurassic Park-themed bunk room. Featuring a full-over-twin bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, the Jurassic Park room gives siblings and cousins a fun space to stay together.

Then travel to a galaxy far, far away in the Star Wars-themed bedroom. A full Murphy bed and twin Murphy bed create a unique sleeping space for young Jedi and Star Wars fans.

One of Ohana Magic's most memorable spaces is the private theater room. Stadium seating and comfortable bean bags create a true family movie-night experience, while the theater bar area provides additional convenience. Even better, two bunk beds are incorporated into the theater room, creating a sleepover-style space where younger guests can watch their favorite movies and then settle in for the night without leaving the fun behind.

The entertainment continues upstairs in the spacious loft. A massive 75-inch flat-screen TV anchors the room, while an arcade game and pinball machine provide hours of friendly competition. Whether the family is watching a movie, challenging each other to games, or simply relaxing after a day at Disney, the loft gives larger groups another place to spread out and enjoy time together.

Outside, your private screened pool and spa provide a relaxing escape from busy theme park days. The north-facing pool is surrounded by a spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, giving everyone room to swim, relax, and enjoy the Florida weather. An outdoor flat-screen TV means you can even keep up with a favorite show or game without leaving the pool area.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, the main living room provides another comfortable gathering space with a large 75-inch flat-screen TV. Flat-screen TVs are also provided in every bedroom, giving guests plenty of entertainment options throughout the home.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making it convenient to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before heading to Walt Disney World to snacks between activities and relaxed family dinners at home.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide additional everyday conveniences for large groups and extended stays.

When you're ready for a resort day, spend time cooling off in the resort-style swimming pool, floating along the lazy river, or racing down the waterslides.

Younger guests can enjoy the children's splash area and playground, while adults can unwind at the outdoor spa or enjoy refreshments and dining from the poolside bar. Poolside cabanas and lounge seating provide additional places to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Guests looking to stay active can visit the fitness center or enjoy basketball, volleyball, miniature golf, and additional sports courts. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in anytime after 4:00 PM without the need to meet anyone in person. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival, making it quick and easy to access the home and begin your vacation.

RESORT AMENITIES DISCLAIMER

Resort amenities are managed and maintained by the homeowners association or resort management and are not controlled by the property owner or management company. Hours of operation, availability, access requirements, fees, maintenance schedules, and temporary closures are subject to change without notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided for the unavailability of any resort amenity.

Thank you for choosing our home! By completing your reservation, you agree to the following house rules.

General
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and remain at the property for the entire stay. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled. Local residents living within approximately 1.5 hours of the property are not permitted to book. The maximum occupancy, including children and infants, must never be exceeded, and only registered guests are allowed on the property. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Unauthorized animals will result in immediate removal from the property, a $350 fee, and no refund.

Guest Registration
All adult guests and drivers age 16 or older must complete the required online check-in form before arrival. We cannot provide access to the property until this form is completed.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs that have not been approved may result in an additional night's charge. Please have your photo ID and reservation confirmation available when entering the community, as gate personnel may request them. We are not responsible for gate delays.

Self-Catering
Our home is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of hand soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one trash bag. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Parties & Noise
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices may be present for safety and rule enforcement. These devices do not record inside the home. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or removing any security device is strictly prohibited.

Parking
Parking is limited to approved passenger vehicles. Boats, RVs, motorcycles, trailers, parking on the grass, or blocking sidewalks are not permitted. Vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be towed at the owner's expense.

Towels & Linens
Please use towels and linens appropriately. Indoor towels and bedding may not be used outside, and pool towels are not provided. Damaged or missing towels and linens will be charged at $25 per item.

Housekeeping & Cleaning
Daily housekeeping is not provided. Please flush only toilet paper, as plumbing damage caused by improper use will be charged to the guest. Excessive cleaning or trash left behind may result in additional charges. Furniture, décor, electronics, mattresses, game room items, and household supplies may not be moved, removed, or used outside. Guests may be charged for damage, missing items, or the cost to return items to their proper location. Locked closets, cabinets, garages, storage rooms, and owner areas are not for guest use.

Check-Out
Before departing, please empty the refrigerator, start the dishwasher, place used towels in one bathtub or shower, strip the beds and leave the linens on top, leave all linens out of the washer and dryer, and bag all trash before placing it in the designated outdoor bin.

Internet & Entertainment
Complimentary Wi-Fi and basic television service are provided. Pay-per-view purchases are prohibited and will be charged at twice the purchase amount. We are unable to offer refunds for internet, cable, or streaming interruptions beyond our control.

Trash
Trash collection is managed by the HOA. Please place trash outside by 7:00 AM on collection days. If your trash exceeds the provided container, please use the community dumpster.

Air Conditioning & Heating
Please keep the thermostat between 72°F and 78°F. The HVAC system may automatically shut off if doors or windows are left open. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse of the system and refunds are not given if guests do not comply.

Smoking
Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are prohibited inside the home and within 20 feet of the property. Violations will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may lead to immediate removal.

Pest Control
Florida homes may occasionally have insects or wildlife despite routine pest control. Guests must keep doors and windows closed, store food properly, and dispose of trash daily to help prevent pests. No refunds are provided for normal pest activity.

Community Amenities
Community pools, gyms, clubhouses, playgrounds, restaurants, golf carts, shuttles, parking areas, gates, elevators, and other resort amenities are controlled by the HOA or resort. We cannot guarantee availability, hours, rules, maintenance schedules, or closures, and no refunds are provided for amenity interruptions. Please follow all HOA and community rules regarding parking, trash, and noise. Violations may result in removal from the property without a refund.

Maintenance
Please report any maintenance concerns within 8 hours of arrival so we can address them promptly. Guests must allow reasonable access for repairs during their stay. While we cannot guarantee immediate repairs, we will make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Refunds are not given to guests who report issues after they check out.

Forgotten Items & Deliveries
Items left behind can be returned for a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. Packages must arrive during your stay, USPS deliveries are not accepted, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.

Pool & Spa
Use the pool and spa at your own risk, and children must always be supervised. Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per night plus tax and must be reserved for the entire stay. Heating must be requested and prepaid at least three days before arrival. There must be a minimum of 5 nights remaining to add pool heat after check-in, and no refunds are given for late heating requests. The spa shares the same water temperature as the pool and is not a separate hot tub. Heating typically requires 24 to 32 hours, temperatures above 80°F cannot be guaranteed during colder weather, and no refunds are provided for late heating requests. Our pool heater pumps feature an automatic safety shut-off system to prevent overheating during periods of extreme cold. If the pump works overtime in cold conditions, the system will temporarily turn off automatically until temperatures allow it to operate efficiently. Weekly maintenance may occur during your stay.

BBQ & Baby Equipment
Grills and baby equipment are not provided. Rental information is available upon request.

Safety
Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property. Open flames are prohibited, and guests should use caution around the pool and other wet surfaces.

Liability & Additional Information
Guests assume responsibility for themselves and all members of their party during their stay and agree to hold the property owner and management company harmless for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during occupancy. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for guests who violate these house rules or behave disrespectfully or threateningly. Such violations may result in immediate removal without a refund. Because this is a privately owned vacation home, minor cosmetic wear may occasionally be present. We do not provide refunds for weather conditions, wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, nearby construction, resort amenity closures, internet outages, game room equipment issues, or early departures. We cannot provide refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or unused nights. If a major appliance or piece of equipment needs attention during your stay, we will work diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Please note that maintenance delays or appliance malfunctions do not qualify for refunds or price adjustments.Reservations longer than 25 days may require an additional cleaning fee. Commercial use of the property is prohibited.
