In addition, you will have access to three 9-hole golf courses and the famous One&Only Palmilla Resort and Spa, complete with top-rated restaurants Agua, Suviche and Seared.

Inside Palmilla Estate 46 rests four well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom and HDTV. The interior of this home was designed with a contemporary and unique style, perfect for those with a refined sense of taste. Each area and room in this home will not only make you feel at home, but make you feel like you're never supposed to leave. This villa is an entertainers dream, featuring a home theater, poker table, ping-pong table, foosball table, badminton, corn hole, beach essentials, and much more. Along with the 4-bedrooms, there is a private home office perfect for anyone who needs to work or take calls during vacation. While the interior portion of this house is spacious, luxurious, and accommodating, no Cabo house would be complete without an incredible exterior.

The exterior portion of Palmilla Estate 46 is the perfect place to spend your days. The house is situated directly on a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, offering golf, mountain, and ocean views. Upstairs, you can enjoy a gas BBQ alongside a large state-of-the-art alfresco dining table with a built-in fireplace that's perfect for evening dinners or cocktails. As you move downstairs, you will be able to spend your days lounging by the heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor TV, large outdoor dining table, and private yard where you can play all of your favorite yard games. In addition, you can take a short golf cart ride to the Dunes Club (3 mins) or down to Palmilla Beach (6 mins) to enjoy all of your favorite Cabo activities. Beach essentials (boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more) are all supplied and ready to go at the house!

Your reservation comes complete with daily butler service (8 hours per day), daily housekeeping, and a 24-hr personal concierge.

* This is a quiet neighborhood that does not allow lots of noise. Couples and families are welcome, however party groups are not permitted.
* With owner approval, this villa may accept larger groups. If accepted, an additional $100 USD per person per night will be charged for groups over 10 guests. Contact our office for more details.
* This villa does not rent to all-male groups. All female groups must be approved by the owner and are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later. 
* Disclosure: This villa has security cameras on the outside perimeter of the property for protection. There are no cameras anywhere inside the house or near common outdoor areas.

ALL OF OUR VILLA RENTALS include a Personal Concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
