Dos Brisas' location provides easy, paved access to nearby I-26, making it a great base camp from which to enjoy activities in every direction. Downtown Asheville (23 min.), the Biltmore House (28 min.), and the River Arts District (25 min.) are easily accessible via I-26E and linking interstates. Home to Mars Hill University, the oldest college in Western North Carolina, Mars Hill (9 min.) is known for its thriving arts community and abundance of outdoor activities in the area, including mountain biking at nearby Bailey Mountain, skiing at Wolf Laurel, hiking the Appalachian Trail, and exploring scenic points along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Groceries and dining are conveniently 6.3 miles away. It's just 15 minutes to Burnsville and 15 minutes to Weaverville all worthy of a visit. Important Property Notes
A PlayStation 4 console and two controllers are provided, along with three games. Guests are invited to bring extra controllers and video games to play.
Noise Ordinance: Dos Brisas is located in a mountain neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck.
