No sedans, please. • 4WD/AWD Recommended in Winter: During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access this property. During winter months, it is also strongly recommended that you arrive during daylight hours. We highly recommend guests consider travelers insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather. • Noise Ordinance: Bear Paw Lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration.
