This Asheville vacation rental is located in Candler and is approximately 24 minutes from downtown Asheville, 2,643 feet above sea level.

Important Property Notes
Candyland Cabin is located on a long, steep gravel driveway. Vehicles must have at least standard clearance (no lowered vehicles), and care must be taken not to spin the tires in the driveway, which can cause costly repairs. We recommend AWD, 4WD, or FWD vehicles for your ease. In any vehicle, please use a low gear and keep a consistent speed while ascending to keep momentum.
Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Travel Insurance Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider travelers insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.

Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 31 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
