This Asheville vacation rental is located in Candler and is approximately 24 minutes from downtown Asheville, 2,643 feet above sea level. Important Property Notes • Candyland Cabin is located on a long, steep gravel driveway. Vehicles must have at least standard clearance (no lowered vehicles), and care must be taken not to spin the tires in the driveway, which can cause costly repairs. We recommend AWD, 4WD, or FWD vehicles for your ease. In any vehicle, please use a low gear and keep a consistent speed while ascending to keep momentum. • Guests must purchase firewood for the outdoor fire pit, as none is provided. • Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. • Travel Insurance Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider travelers insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.
